What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow adequate processing time for each order.
Processing can take 3–7 business days, and shipping takes place afterward.

We complete a full quality-control check on every bundle. Each bundle is washed, conditioned, and prepared so your hair arrives ready for installation.

Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days once your order has been processed. We ask for your patience, as our goal is to ensure you receive the best quality every time.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Please make sure all information on your order is correct before checking out. We are not held responsible for orders that are entered incorrectly. You may receive a phone call to confirm your order and address.
